About The Position

Bridge is a leading, vertically integrated real estate investment manager, diversified across specialized asset classes. Bridge combines its nationwide operating platform with dedicated teams of investment professionals focused on select U.S. real estate verticals across residential, industrial, net lease and real estate backed credit. On September 2nd, 2025, Bridge was acquired by Apollo Global Management. Bridge provides Apollo with immediate scale to its real estate equity platform and enhances Apollo’s origination capabilities in both real estate equity and credit, which is expected to benefit Apollo’s growing suite of hybrid and real estate product offerings. Bridge’s Client Solutions Group (CSG) works directly with some of the largest and most sophisticated investors in the world including US and International corporate and public pensions, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, family offices and major wealth platforms. The team is responsible for raising capital across Bridge’s investment verticals, managing communications with current and prospective investors, and marketing the firm and its strategies.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in finance, business, or a related field, with 2+ years of relevant experience (e.g., investment banking, consulting, asset management, or institutional sales support)
  • Familiarity with DDQs, RFPs, and consultant databases (e.g., eVestment, Callan, NEPC) preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and operate effectively in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Experience working with institutional clients (e.g., pensions, endowments, foundations, consultants) preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses (or ability to obtain within 6 months)

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with DDQs, RFPs, and consultant databases (e.g., eVestment, Callan, NEPC)
  • Experience working with institutional clients (e.g., pensions, endowments, foundations, consultants)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and respond to due diligence requests, including DDQs, RFPs, and ad hoc investor inquiries
  • Update, maintain and coordinate systems, processes and tools that enable the sales team to be successful.
  • Support capital raising efforts by helping to identify, research, and prioritize institutional investor prospects
  • Partner with coverage officers to prepare for client meetings, including developing tailored materials and briefing memos
  • Create and maintain marketing materials, including pitchbooks, fund overviews, and performance updates
  • Develop a strong understanding of the firm’s investment strategies to effectively position offerings to institutional audiences
  • Manage data rooms and consultant databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date fund information
  • Track fundraising pipelines and maintain CRM systems to support investor outreach and reporting
