Analyst Care Planner – Behavioral Health (Remote – U.S.) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: 100% Remote (Work from anywhere in the U.S.) About the Role Join a collaborative care team supporting members on their behavioral health journey. As a Analyst Care Planner Behavioral Health, you’ll play a key role in engaging members, coordinating care, and helping improve outcomes through education and ongoing support.

Requirements

2+ years of behavioral health care experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable navigating multiple systems and working on the phone
Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote environment

Nice To Haves

Managed care experience
Background in psychology or social services

Responsibilities

Conduct outreach to members to promote behavioral health programs and encourage participation
Support members in locating services and accessing community resources
Provide education on mental health, substance abuse benefits, and care options
Track patient progress and treatment adherence
Partner closely with clinicians to help drive positive health outcomes
Handle administrative support including care coordination tasks, provider research, and documentation
