This position is responsible for analyzing and reporting on the performance of advertising campaigns for T-Ads and its clients. The Analyst, Business Intelligence is a skilled data analyst who excels in uncovering insights from various datasets, translating information into actionable recommendations, and optimizing advertising performance through data-driven strategies. As part of the Media Monetization Strategy & Success organization, they will work collaboratively with Customer Success and Ad Operations to provide insights that enhance campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Statistics, Economics, Marketing or related field. (Required)
  • Prefer 2+ years experience related to business intelligence.
  • Analyst experience in a publisher, advertising agency, or ad tech.
  • Experience in conducting and communicating data-driven analyses; proven experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis and report writing.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, or BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills. (Required)
  • Outstanding attention to detail and critical thinking skills. (Required)
  • Excellent communication skills. Comfortable interacting with and presenting to management, and peers in various departments. (Required)
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills and high proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications. (Required)
  • Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint and Word required. (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, including CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and more.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to support client presentations and business reviews
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in clear and actionable ways to enhance campaign outcomes
  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency across reporting systems.
  • Respond and produce additional ad hoc reporting analysis requests and assignments as the need arises.
