About The Position
The Sr Specialist Business Intelligence Auto is responsible for leading business intelligence and analytics capabilities that drive strategic decision-making across the Auto business. This role serves as a key thought partner to commercial and cross-functional leaders by delivering actionable insights, enhancing reporting capabilities, and identifying growth opportunities through data-driven analysis. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with business acumen and leadership skills to translate complex data into meaningful recommendations that improve performance and support business growth.
Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence, analytics, sales analytics, category management, finance, data science, or related fields.
- Experience building dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting tools.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into business insights.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience presenting recommendations and insights to senior leaders.
- Experience with business intelligence and analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field required.

Responsibilities
- Lead business intelligence strategy, reporting, analytics, and performance measurement for the Auto business.
- Partner with sales, commercial, category, finance, and cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities and drive business performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions that provide visibility to key business metrics.
- Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, insights, risks, and opportunities.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations and concise executive-level presentations.
- Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, data governance, and analytical capabilities.
- Influence strategic decision-making through fact-based insights and recommendations.
