The Analyst, Business Development will play a key role leading financial underwriting and analysis for assigned acquisition and development opportunities and providing investment recommendations to senior leadership, in addition to supporting various development and acquisition opportunities. Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in real estate finance, brokerage, lending, or a related analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling is essential.
• Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of real estate fundamentals including cap rates, IRR/equity multiple analysis, lease structures, and debt sizing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines are critical.
• Experience evaluating investments, acquisitions, developments, or capital projects and communicating recommendations to senior stakeholders.

• A bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models including discounted cash flow analyses and joint venture structures for prospective investments
• Conduct market research, competitive analyses, and property-level due diligence to support the evaluation of new acquisition and development opportunities
• Prepare approval memoranda, presentations, and supporting materials for senior leadership and investment partners
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, leasing brokers, and legal counsel during development and acquisition opportunities
• Maintain the deal pipeline to ensure accurate and up-to-date deal tracking
• Support ad hoc analyses and strategic projects as directed by senior team members
• Lead underwriting and financial analysis for venue acquisition, development, and strategic investment opportunities.
• Develop investment recommendations and present findings to senior leadership and investment committees.
• Manage due diligence workstreams across financial, legal, operational, and commercial disciplines.
• Evaluate transaction structures, partnership arrangements, and financing alternatives to optimize investment returns.
• Lead market assessments and strategic analyses that inform Live Nation's venue growth and expansion strategy.
