About The Position

As a global leader in alternative risk solutions, we support more than 5,000 clients around the world with a team of 1,000 colleagues. We're looking for an Analyst, Benefits Advisory to join our team. In this role, you'll help evaluate employee benefits solutions that are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with relevant requirements. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to gather information, analyze data, and provide insights that support informed decisions. If you enjoy working with data, solving problems, and helping clients understand complex information, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

Bachelors degree and 5 years related experience required
Understanding of the key challenges in employee benefit plans and current health care trends
Excellent client relationship-building and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

2-3 years brokerage/agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Request, organize, and analyze client data.
Serve as a key analytical contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
Research benefits-related topics and summarize findings for account management teams.
Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for both internal and client use.
Maintain and update important client and team documents.
Review data for accuracy and identify trends, opportunities, and potential concerns.
Support the evaluation of benefits programs and solutions for clients and prospects.
Document data sources, methodologies, and assumptions so others can easily understand your work.
Help create a collaborative team environment built on integrity, respect, service, and accountability.
Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
