Requirements

Knowledge of business, economics and/or finance acquired through education and experience
Strong interest in and knowledge of financial markets and an understanding of Equities, Equity-Linked securities and Derivatives
Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements
An understanding of credit analysis and accounting principles
Detail-oriented and able to think logically
Excellent writing and presentation skills with the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly
Proven ability to contribute to high performance teams
Willing to work extended hours in a high pressure/high reward environment
Able to take initiative on and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

Drafting client presentations
Completing internal presentations
Tracking the equity and corporate derivative markets
Providing analytical, structuring, research and transaction due diligence support to senior professionals on the Equity Solutions team, helping to win business and execute transactions
Partnering closely with colleagues across divisions including Corporate and Investment Banking, Global Markets, and Risk Management
