About The Position

This role will support the investment team in all aspects of Acquisitions, Asset Management, and Dispositions through financial modeling and business plan execution. The Analyst will assist with the creation of budgets and forecasts, build and maintain detailed analyses related to property valuation and asset performance, and aid in the preparation of analysis associated with investor distribution amounts. Responsibilities also include researching loan document covenants, providing administrative support to Bridge Property Management, and assisting with the review of multifamily investment opportunities. The role involves building financial models, performing scenario analysis, and conducting various investment and underwriting processes, including reviewing rent rolls and financial statements. Additionally, the Analyst will assist in preparing acquisition Investment Committee presentation packages and provide support in the disposition process, as well as manage and update deals on the internal Pipeline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Ability to create financial models in Excel
  • Ability to analyze Income Statements and Balance Sheets
  • Fluent using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detailed-oriented with effective administrative and analytical skills
  • Self-starter comfortable working alone or with a team within a flexible workflow
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice To Haves

  • 1-3 years of commercial real estate analysis preferred
