About The Position

The Asia Cross-Border Advisory Group at Evercore focuses on advising corporate and private equity clients on strategic cross-border transactions involving Asia, particularly China, South Korea, and India. The group operates across New York, Hong Kong and Beijing, and collaborates with various teams globally to deliver integrated solutions across complex cross-border situations. The group’s core sector focus includes Healthcare, Consumer, TMT and Industrials. The team plays a leading role in Evercore’s coverage of Asian strategics and private equity clients, particularly in the Chinese market. In addition, the group serves as a critical bridge to Evercore’s alliance partners in South Korea and India. Evercore seeks to hire an experienced Analyst for its Asia Cross-Border Advisory group in New York, NY.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Investment Banking experience, or Class of 2026 graduates with prior investment banking internship
• Graduate of a top tier university
• Excellent grasp of corporate finance, valuation, and financial accounting
• Superior analytical skills and demonstrated excellence in academic coursework
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to articulate ideas
• Exceptional communications skills, both written and oral
• Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese
• High level of commitment, work ethic and stamina
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and achievement-oriented character
• Global mindset with a keen interest in working across different regions and cultures
