What You Will Do Analyze and interpret contracts and modifications for input into SAP. Prepare contract structure to ensure both bookings and billings can be processed. Interpret and populate pertinent data to allow for shipments to the Warfighter and other customers. Maintain regular contact with multiple internal partners and external agencies to solve contract discrepancies. Verify contracts are loaded accurately and efficiently, as well as complying with FAR regulations. Create and submit invoices to our external customers. Maintain complex contract reconciliations, working with internal and external customers when issues arise.

Requirements

A University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions.
2+ years of experience producing and modifying Microsoft Power Point presentations.
1+ year of experience working in a corporate environment.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Experience working with SAP is a plus.
Experience with invoicing based on cost.
Ability to support multiple time zones.
