The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team: Brief Description of Department Orders to Cash (OTC) is a service organization within RTX that supports everything from contract setup to invoicing and cash management.

Requirements

  • This role typically requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business or other related field and less than 2 years of prior relevant experience (not including internships) or an Advanced degree.
  • Approximately six months experience gained in a setting requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including formulas and functions.
  • Ability to produce and modify Microsoft Power Point presentations.
  • Experience meeting deadlines and working in a schedule driven environment.
  • Ability to support multiple time zones

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret contracts and modifications for input into SAP.
  • Prepare contract structure to ensure both bookings and billings can be processed.
  • Interpret and populate pertinent data to allow for shipments to the Warfighter and other customers.
  • Maintain regular contact with multiple internal partners and external agencies to solve contract discrepancies.
  • Verify contracts are loaded accurately and efficiently, as well as complying with FAR regulations.
  • Create and submit invoices to our external customers.
  • Maintain complex contract reconciliations, working with internal and external customers when issues arise.
