About The Position

This job involves providing the senior leadership team with timely financial and operational analysis to facilitate sound business decisions. It focuses on strategic planning, budgeting, monthly forecasting, and consolidated financial reporting. The responsibilities of this position specifically include tracking and managing Technical Operations activity and accompanying expenses across the state of Florida. It may also focus on strategic project impact analysis, and scenario analysis for financial planning guidance.

Responsibilities

Providing budget, forecast, and variance analysis, offering insights and recommendations to improve financial management
Simplifying complex financial and operational information, providing rationale behind reports and analyses for clear communication
Cross department collaborating on special projects and ad-hoc requests, offering financial expertise and analysis to drive project success
Tracking and trend analysis of Technical Operations metrics and data
Navigating and organizing large data sets to understand impacts on the business.
Presenting monthly results to internal leadership with a clear and concise story supported with data.
Partnering with business leaders to deliver on projects that support decision-making on strategic growth and operational effectiveness
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
