Job Summary The Billing Analyst I is responsible for supporting the end-to-end billing and financial operations for Xfinity Communities. This role ensures accurate and timely billing, analyzes data to identify and resolve discrepancies, applies rate events, prepares reports, and audits, and maintains compliance with company policies. The Analyst I partners with internal teams and clients to address billing inquiries, improve processes, and drive efficiency through data-driven insights. Job Description Core Responsibilities As an Analyst 1, you will play a key role in owning all financial and operational functions for Xfinity Communities, for 4 regions – which may include 6,800 gated communities , while honing in on the Florida Region specifically. This includes, but is not limited to: managing and overseeing the billing process and customer life cycle from inception throughout preparing and analyzing data to ensure accuracy and efficiency maintaining up to date records of billing activities auditing for and resolving discrepancies and proposing solutions and new processes The Analyst I collaborates with internal departments and clients to address billing inquiries, process payments, and implement improvements to streamline billing operations. Key tasks include preparing and analyzing billing data rate event calculation and application preparing reporting and completing audits as needed and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and proficiency in Excel with a passion for analysis and problem-solving.
