About The Position

Projects will focus on areas including thermal or fluid dynamics analysis of solid rocket propulsion systems and components. Tasks will vary but may include analysis requiring knowledge of thermal analysis and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics), preparing analysis models and reviewing analysis results with senior analysts. Interns may assist in reducing solid rocket motor test data to validate results of analysis models.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a B.S. degree program in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or similar major) OR enrolled in an advanced degree program in related major.
