About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented professional to join our team on a temporary basis. This position will support the execution and coordination of operational and administrative activities, ensuring an efficient and positive experience for internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, follows through on commitments, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Previous Human Resources experience is not required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

  • technical or university studies are a plus
  • Previous administrative, customer service, coordination, or operational support experience is preferred.
  • Human Resources experience is not required.
  • Intermediate English proficiency is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities for operational positions.
  • Review applications and coordinate candidate screening activities.
  • Schedule interviews, assessments, and recruitment events, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the selection process.
  • Follow up with hiring managers and candidates to ensure timely completion of recruitment steps.
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements, documentation collection, and onboarding activities.
  • Participate in job fairs, recruitment campaigns, open houses, and other talent attraction initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment systems in a timely manner.
  • Assist with posting vacancies on internal and external recruitment platforms.
  • Provide excellent customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
