Requirements
- A positive attitude and love for guest interaction
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Nice To Haves
- 6+ months of hospitality, retail, or entertainment experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, explain games, and help them get started
- Patrol the gaming area to assist guests and keep everything running smoothly
- Operate the POS system and handle guest transactions accurately
- Keep areas like laser tag and escape rooms clean, organized, and ready for play
- Enforce safety and game rules while maintaining a fun, welcoming atmosphere
- Promote upcoming events and keep guests excited to return
- Support your teammates and jump in wherever needed
