About The Position

Oversees the Amusements Team Leaders and Amusements Attendants. Provides assistance to Amusements Manager, Assistant Director and Director. Serves as the guest's first point of contact for the Amusement Park/Storyland, responding to customer concerns and ensuring a safe and satisfactory experience for all guests. This role involves monitoring facility conditions, inventory, and equipment, ensuring adherence to labor and safety guidelines, and assisting with park safety incidents. The supervisor also ensures staff follow policies and procedures, assists with cash reports, prepares daily reports, audits timesheets and ride operators, and plans work schedules.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Three to five years related experience and/or training
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ride experience not required

Responsibilities

  • Serve as guest first point of contact for the Amusement Park/Storyland
  • Respond to customer concerns and provide excellent customer service during all interactions.
  • Ensure all rides are properly and adequately staffed.
  • Ensure a safe experience for all guests.
  • Open and/or close the facility as required.
  • Monitor and ensure satisfactory conditions and cleanliness of the entire facility.
  • Monitor condition and level of inventory and equipment; process orders as necessary.
  • Ensure that all labor and safety guidelines are being adhered to, during park operation.
  • Responding to, facilitating and/or assisting with park safety incidents as a representative of management.
  • Ensure that all staff are following policies and procedures.
  • Assist cashiers with the preparation of cash reports.
  • Prepares daily reports, reviews and audits time sheets.
  • Conducts daily audits of ride operators to ensure a safe operation
  • Plans and assigns work schedules effectively and fairly.
  • Other duties as assigned.
