Oversees the Amusements Team Leaders and Amusements Attendants. Provides assistance to Amusements Manager, Assistant Director and Director. Serves as the guest's first point of contact for the Amusement Park/Storyland, responding to customer concerns and ensuring a safe and satisfactory experience for all guests. This role involves monitoring facility conditions, inventory, and equipment, ensuring adherence to labor and safety guidelines, and assisting with park safety incidents. The supervisor also ensures staff follow policies and procedures, assists with cash reports, prepares daily reports, audits timesheets and ride operators, and plans work schedules.
