About The Position

Round One Entertainment is looking to hire Customer Service Associates for our Amusement Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about video games, bowling, or karaoke, and possess a friendly, outgoing personality with a desire to work around people in a fun environment. Staff handling alcohol must be at least 21 years old. Open availability for work hours between 10 am and 2 am daily is preferred.

Requirements

• High School diploma
• A minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.
• Must be at least 21 years or older to handle alcohol.

Responsibilities

• During assigned shifts engage customers to determine whether their needs are met.
• Maintain inventory levels in amusement games.
• Maintain games and counters clean and visibly attractive to customers’ eyes.
• Respond responsively, and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers’ requests.
• Answers phone calls for all general inquiries.
• Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
• Conducts alcohol and age restriction control by company policies.
• Conducts lost and found procedures according to company policies.
• Seeks constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes.
• Complies and maintains confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.
