About The Position

Are you into video games, bowling, or karaoke? Are you friendly, and outgoing? Do you enjoy being around people and working in a fun environment? Then you’re the kind of person we’d love to hire! Our work hours are from 10:00 AM to 2:00 AM daily. All staff that handles alcohol must be 21+.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• A minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.
• Must be 21+ to handle alcohol.

Responsibilities

• During assigned shifts engage customers to determine whether their needs are met.
• Maintain inventory levels in amusement games.
• Maintain games and counters clean and visibly attractive to customers’ eyes.
• Respond responsively, and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers’ requests.
• Answers phone calls for all general inquiries.
• Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
• Conducts alcohol and age restriction control by company policies.
• Conducts lost and found procedures by company policies.
• Seeks constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes.
• Complies and maintains confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.
