Amusement Service Technician
About The Position
The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, maintaining and repairing ATMs, amusement equipment, and redemption devices for Accel Entertainment, loading and unloading supplies, as well as assisting in other areas as needed. This role involves responding to and troubleshooting service calls for equipment repairs in a timely manner, interacting with clerks, restaurant staff, management, and customers to solve issues as they arise, and providing exemplary customer service. The technician will also manage inventory to ensure parts are available when repairs are needed, complete all necessary documentation for device entry and logs, and perform auditing procedures on amusement devices, dispensers, and ATMs.
Requirements
- Great Customer Service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively & follow written or verbal instruction
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Frequently required to lift/push weights up to 50 pounds
Nice To Haves
- Relevant experience preferred but not required – ATM, amusement, gaming or other electronic / mechanical aptitude (examples – HVAC, low voltage, cable, phone, internet, automotive)
- Computer literacy helpful but not required
