About The Position

Founded by former Workday clients, Intecrowd values partnership and engagement. With extensive experience in Workday's deployment life cycle, they design efficient integrations and rapid deployment strategies, providing support for testing and updates. This role elevates the traditional AMS (Application Management Services) by acting as a strategic partner to maximize system effectiveness. The AMS Senior Certified Recruiting Consultant will provide strategic support for clients' Workday technology, delivering innovative ideas and effective solutions, while also fostering the development of other Consultants by sharing expertise. This is a remote role that can be located anywhere within the United States or Canada.

Requirements

  • Current Workday Partner HCM Certification and/or Recruiting Certification
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing various HCM solutions
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
  • Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: HCM/Talent & Performance/Recruitment/Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking/Compensation
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training

Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise in the Workday HCM product suite, with deep expertise and experience in Recruiting.
  • Lead or coach others in gathering and documenting client business requirements, designing and configuring the Workday solution, demonstrating configurations through prototype systems, assisting in testing, and completing knowledge transfer to clients.
  • Work with the confidential client/data conversion team to help convert legacy data into Workday.
  • Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions.
  • Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model, coaching others on product knowledge.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, collaborating effectively and synergistically on team-based projects.
  • Work with team members to address complex tasks/requirements when other team members need support.
  • Facilitate clients’ intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices.
  • Maintain clients’ ongoing satisfaction, ensuring Intecrowd is referenceable and referable once in production.
  • Provide regular status reports to project managers, keeping them apprised of overall project status.
  • Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications.
  • Ensure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation (assist integrators in configuring/testing integrations between Workday and external systems).
  • Demonstrate computational thinking: identify problem components, analyze patterns, remove inefficient configurations or processes, and construct algorithmic solutions scalable to ongoing client needs.
  • Contribute to and mold a culture of continuous education amongst colleagues, mentees, and managers, serving as a professional role model.
  • Provide insightful status reports to project managers that highlight risks to project health and improvements in client adoption.
