Work You'll Do As a Manager, you will lead and deliver Operate (AMS) engagements by transitioning, stabilizing, and maintaining a steady state of operations for large and medium-sized companies. Illustrative activities include: Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues. Determine and anticipate client needs by supplementing the standard services with innovative approaches and continuous risk management Work closely with Account leadership Define recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement. Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables by effectively managing the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Participate in the development, pricing, and presentation of proposals. Manage, mentor, and develop team members.
