Recruiting for this role ends on 1/21/26 The Team Enterprise Operations as a Service provides multi-year managed service contracts to support enterprise technology investments and key business processes. We ensure continuous modernization and transformative business changes through five key services: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, and Finance Operations. Work You'll Do As a Manager, you will lead and deliver Operate (AMS) engagements by transitioning, stabilizing, and maintaining a steady state of operations for large and medium-sized companies. Illustrative activities include: Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues. Determine and anticipate client needs by supplementing the standard services with innovative approaches and continuous risk management Work closely with Account leadership Define recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement. Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables by effectively managing the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Participate in the development, pricing, and presentation of proposals. Manage, mentor, and develop team members.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of Consulting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology or Business Management
  • Must possess PMP, CSM, or Scaled Agile Certification
  • Delivery Management experience in Managed Services
  • Ability to travel up to 20% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Nice To Haves

  • Oracle certification is preferred
  • Strong leadership skills, including ability to prioritize critical needs, act decisively, and handle a high volume of complex tasks within a given timeframe
  • Strong communication skills, including ability to synthesize complex details into succinct, executive level messaging
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, environments, and client needs, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in dynamic situations
  • Ability to manage time efficiently by prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and balancing multiple responsibilities to ensure high-quality deliverables
