The Work: Lead the Oracle Application Management Services (AMS) team to plan, construct, and execute release tests. Apply AMS methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics for test execution and defect resolution. Utilize business and functional knowledge to meet overall AMS objectives. Coach and advise AMS team members to ensure high-quality delivery and team performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on AMS goals and objectives. This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations are Atlanta, Dallas or Tampa.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of Oracle Application Management Services (AMS) experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience leading global teams (on-shore/off-shore)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).
