About The Position

Technica is seeking to hire an ASP Supervisor to support missions at Fort Riley. The Ammunition Supply Point (ASP) Supervisor is responsible for all Ammunition Supply Services of the contract. ASP Supervisor manages accountability of personnel, workload, and equipment to meet performance requirements. Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the applicable supply and equipment management processes and governmental regulations, and is to ensure effective accountability of all assigned property and commodity. Position Summary: Ensure successful completion of all mission operations in accordance with established policies and management goals regarding funding, storage, workload, manpower capability, component, issue, equipment items, and inventory control procedures. Performs employee discipline counseling, employee performance reviews, and other personnel reporting. Reviews and approves timesheets. Screens applicants and conducts interviews for open positions. Ensures all employees observe policy, procedures, and regulatory guidance for explosive safety and physical security, and monitors for compliance. Ensure all employees participate in OJT training, work instruction, work-load, lesson learned meetings, and training when/where and sign on sign-in sheets. Ensure all employees participate in quarterly retraining of ASP ISOP, ASP ESOP, regulation policies, directives, and procedures. Meet with Leads on a daily basis to ensure communication and tasking of work-load, priorities, discrepancies, and inspections. ASP Supervisor to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reports are being completed by assigned ASP personnel in a timely manner, assist with review and submission to higher authority.

Requirements

  • At least five years of supervisory experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions in supply/ASP management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the applicable supply and equipment management processes and related regulations.
  • Ability to ensure effective accountability of all assigned property.
  • Operational skill and knowledge of the automated systems utilized.
  • Meet the requirements of AMC-R 350-4, Appendix B, and be capable of being appointed as an inspector.
  • Ability to meet security requirements to include obtaining and maintaining a SECRET security clearance.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks related to the position.
