About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Ammunition and Explosives (A&E) Analyst who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to provide essential support to our government client. This role involves working closely with mid-to-senior-level government officials, delivering a wide range of programmatic functions. The analyst will ensure the safe and effective oversight of ammunition and explosives, covering handling, storage, transportation, and disposal, all in compliance with military regulations and safety standards. Responsibilities include evaluating and enhancing AE programs across various facilities, offering recommendations for the improvement of complex experimental program management processes and systems. The analyst will also analyze the impact of new or revised explosive, occupational safety, and environmental guidelines on Directorate programs and resources, and contribute to team studies focused on facility upgrades or significant improvements, coordinating with senior leadership to implement proposed solutions. A comprehensive knowledge of Army explosive and occupational safety and environmental objectives, methodologies for assessing the value of experimental program outcomes against technical, financial, and administrative targets, and familiarity with support service contracting policies relevant to experimental support functions are essential. The role requires applying appropriate risk assessment methodologies and developing detailed hazard analyses to ensure comprehensive safety oversight.

Requirements

• BS or BA in related field
• Minimum 10 years' related experience
• Experience managing military A&E programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
• Secret security clearance

Responsibilities
