About The Position

We look for people who want to bring their best — bold thinkers with big hearts who challenge one another and grow together. Our Joplin manufacturing site goes through a million pounds of flour daily to help make the food the world loves, including frozen dough for biscuits, breads, pizza crust, and refrigerated pie crust. At our site, we strive to give our employees a great career path by promoting internally and providing opportunities to drive into different departments. We operate in an environment that values safety, employee feedback, communication, teamwork, and employee recognition.
