About The Position

The AML Compliance Coordinator is responsible for supporting the compliance department and specialists by performing administrative duties. This role requires the ability to perform AML duties efficiently and accurately, adhering strictly to rules and regulations. The coordinator will prepare daily MTL, CTR, and SAR reports for compliance review and must maintain strict confidentiality of internal activities. The position also involves demonstrating consistent regard and dedication to guests, vendors, colleagues, and the Company by being engaged, interested, and productive. A working knowledge of the marketplace and the ability to collaboratively build best practices are essential. The role requires understanding the financial and guest relations impact of actions and decisions, exhibiting initiative to present new ideas, and showing respectful consideration of others' viewpoints. The guest should be at the forefront of every decision. Other duties as assigned will also be part of the role.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the applicable statute, rules and regulations
  • Possess a high school or equivalent diploma
  • Ability to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests
  • Fluency in English required
  • Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimal, and work with mathematical such as probability and inference
  • Ability to create, read and analyze spread sheets of statistical data
  • Ability to decipher various reports and maintains reports upon request
  • Must be able to interact with internal and external guests in a professional manner
  • Must be able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property
