As a Medical Social Worker, you will provide clinical services to individuals, families, and couples of all ages. You will conduct assessments, provide therapy, help patients navigate life’s challenges, and collaborate with the support of a multidisciplinary team. Requirements
- Master of Social Work degree from an accredited Social Work program
- Licensed in Michigan (LMSW)
- At least 2 years’ clinical experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Facilitate clinical assessments and treatment planning
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy
- Maintain timely clinical documentation
- Attend team meetings and contribute to program development
