About The Position

Main Line Health’s Lankenau Heart Group is hiring an Ambulatory Registered Nurse for its collaborative cardiology practice. The nurse supports patients through care coordination, telephone triage, follow-up communication, and collaboration with providers in a busy ambulatory setting. Nurses, physicians, advanced practitioners, and support staff work together to provide coordinated care and service to cardiology patients.

This is a day-shift position, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eligible employees may receive up to 160 hours of paid time off per year, based on full-time or part-time status. Main Line Health also offers employee discounts and free employee parking.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited ASN or BSN nursing program.
• Current Pennsylvania RN license.
• Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in an ambulatory, cardiology, specialty practice, or clinical nursing setting.
• Strong telephone triage and patient communication skills.
• Experience with medication refills and care coordination.
• Knowledge of insurance information.
