About The Position
Avera is undertaking an enterprise Epic implementation to transition away from Meditech. We are currently beginning our Configuration phase and plan to go-live on May 30, 2026, big bang in all our locations as well as in our 25 Community Connect hospital and clinical locations. This role will focus on the Ambulatory PM, Ambulatory Core, Ambulatory Specialty, and Healthy Planet aspects of the implementation.
Requirements
- Ambulatory Core experience
- Ambulatory Specialty experience
- Healthy Planet experience
- Experience with Cerner to Epic transitions
Responsibilities
- Manage the Ambulatory PM, Ambulatory Core, Ambulatory Specialty, and Healthy Planet aspects of the Epic implementation.
- Support the transition from Meditech to Epic.
- Participate in the Configuration phase of the project.
- Prepare for a big bang go-live across all locations and Community Connect sites.
