About The Position
This position is for an Ambulatory Registered Nurse for Main Line HealthCare's Surgical Practice at the Paoli Hospital Campus. The role involves providing compassionate and thorough care within a team of surgical medicine providers. The nurse will contribute to transforming primary care by focusing on care coordination and communication. The practice sees approximately four different surgical specialties: General Surgeons, Thoracic Surgeons, Colorectal Surgeons, and a Plastic Surgeon, offering opportunities to gain experience in each.
Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania RN license.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
- Graduate of an accredited ASN or BSN nursing program.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a clinical nursing setting and/or primary care office.
- Strong telephone triage experience.
- Experience with surgical procedures.
- Experience with medication refills.
- Knowledge of insurance information.
Responsibilities
