About The Position

Pharmacist position responsible for completion of ambulatory infusion prior authorizations and entry of medication therapy plans into Epic. The ideal candidate will bring a wide clinical knowledge base, possess excellent communication and time management skills, be able to work in a team environment to provide safe and efficient care to patients through timely completion of the prior authorizations, follow-through on all assigned tasks, be accountable for assigned work metrics, and a commitment to optimizing medication access for patients.

Requirements

• Valid SC pharmacist license; if not licensed, must have SC licensure within 90-days of hire
• Doctor of Pharmacy or a Bachelor's degree in pharmacy
• Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist by the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required

• Completion of a pharmacy residency preferred
