About The Position
Xanitos is a specialist in Ambulatory Cleaning Services, providing professional cleaning services for medical office buildings, clinics, and outpatient surgery centers. The company aims to provide support as a comprehensive solution to ambulatory care by providing Safety, Quality, Compliance, and Trust. This role is for a 2nd Shift Part-time On-call Ambulatory Housekeeper at Kaiser Permanente Riverfront Medical Center, WA. Immediate offers will be extended for qualified candidates, with opportunities to interview the day after applying. The tentative shift hours are 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM, with rotational weekends and holidays. Actual scheduled hours and days may vary. Reliable transportation is a requirement.
Requirements
- Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required
- Ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions in English
- Annual influenza immunization is a condition of employment unless candidates or employees request and are granted a medical or religious exemption.
- Must have reliable transportation

- Experience in the janitorial industry a plus

Responsibilities
- Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
- Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
- Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
- Dusts furniture and equipment.
- Polishes metalwork.
- Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
- Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
- Empties wastebaskets.
- Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
- Replenishes bathroom supplies.
- Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to all client locations.
