About The Position

The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for assessing patient specific medications and clinical data in order to evaluate & monitor for safety, efficacy, and pharmaco-economic optimization opportunities. In this role, the pharmacist may administer medications, monitor clinical data, educate patients, and provide general drug information to the healthcare team. This role works closely with the Clinical Pharmacy leadership thru various projects aimed at improving the quality of care and personal professional growth and development. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy OR Pharm.D. – Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy
  • Washington Pharmacist License upon hire

Nice To Haves

  • PGY1 Pharmacy Residency
  • Board Certification
  • 3 years of clinical pharmacy experience
  • Ambulatory experience including direct patient care
