About The Position

Provides leadership in managing and improving the Ambulatory Care access operations and business-related activities for the assigned Network locations for FCCC. Responsible for ensuring the multi-site locations within their assigned region are fully staff and operating smoothly and efficiently. Managerial oversight, for the functions and responsibilities of the Ambulatory Care representatives and Clinic Coordinators working at point of service Network locations for FCCC.

Responsible for the daily staffing and oversight of day-to-day operations in all network locations for FCCC, as well as implementing and integrating the overall organizational strategies, policies and procedures. Collaborating with the Network location leadership on operational, financial, quality, and regulatory compliance at all network locations for FCCC.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or a combination of relevant education and experience.
• 3 years of supervisory experience, with at least 1 year in a healthcare environment.
• 5 years of experience with patient access or hospital scheduling/registration.
• General experience with EPIC EMR.

• Previous experience in multi-site healthcare management.
