About The Position

This position is for a Registered Nurse Level 2 on the Ambulatory Care Flex Team at the University of Rochester. The role involves providing competent direct patient care based on established standards, contributing to unit activities, and supporting the enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level. The RN will support peers in patient care delivery and may assume expanded responsibilities such as charge nurse, preceptor, or committee member. This is a full-time position with day hours, offering a unique opportunity to work across various Ambulatory specialty care and procedural care areas. The role requires team-oriented and independent RNs to undertake temporary assignments, typically ranging from 8-16 weeks, to support staffing needs within Ambulatory patient care clinics. Patient care opportunities include clinic visits, pre-intra-post procedure care, telephone triage, and care coordination. Responsibilities
