About The Position

Ambassador | Part-Time Regency at Montaine | Castle Rock, Colorado $20/hour Hiring range based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Schedule: Saturdays from 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. and Sundays from 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Additional availability for occasional community events is preferred and will be scheduled as needed. We're looking for an Ambassador to join our team at Regency at Montaine, a vibrant active adult community in beautiful Castle Rock, Colorado, where residents enjoy exceptional amenities, engaging programs, and meaningful opportunities to connect with their neighbors. In this role, you'll serve as the face of the community (similar to a front desk associate, concierge, or customer service representative) creating a welcoming and memorable experience for residents and guests by serving as a trusted resource, supporting community events and activities, and helping ensure amenities remain inviting, organized, and enjoyable for everyone. Requirements

Experience in customer service, hospitality, recreation, events, sales, or a related field
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
Passion for creating positive experiences and serving others
Ability to remain professional and solution-focused in challenging situations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new technology platforms
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Positive attitude, reliability, flexibility, and enthusiasm
Availability to work Saturdays from 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. and Sundays from 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. is required
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds

Responsibilities

Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors
Answer questions, provide assistance, and respond to resident needs with professionalism and care
Conduct tours of community amenities and programs
Promote upcoming events, classes, clubs, and activities
Assist with community events, activities, and resident engagement programs
Help with event setup, execution, and cleanup
Encourage participation and help create positive experiences for residents
Monitor amenity spaces, grounds, and recreational areas to help ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
Assist residents utilizing community facilities and rental spaces
Perform light cleanup, reset furniture, and maintain the appearance of amenity areas
Submit and follow up on maintenance requests as needed
Update community calendars, bulletin boards, and displays
Assist with data entry, inventory management, reporting, and other administrative tasks
Support daily community operations as needed
