About The Position

The Ambassador greets and creates a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and clients. This role requires someone who is charismatic, full of energy, responsible, good under pressure, and able to work with or without supervision. The ideal candidate can communicate professionally and effectively, is open to feedback, timely, demonstrates a sense of urgency, and possesses excellent team-building and interpersonal skills. The Ambassador will greet customers, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, and display a caring attitude. They will assist customers in lobbies, lanes, and in the parking office, and help direct traffic. The role also involves promoting good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and can-do attitude, and completing other related duties as assigned.
