About The Position

Responsible for attending to and accommodating Casino player needs pertaining to Players Club enrollment and subsequent transactions while extending excellent Guest service. This role involves facilitating Players Club duties proficiently and professionally, monitoring the slot tracking system to identify and enroll new members, and ensuring accurate and efficient processing of enrollments. The Ambassador will also maintain awareness of all Casino services, promotions, and events, facilitate weekly slot tournaments, and manage the onsite operations of the bus program. Additionally, the role includes assisting Casino Hosts with comps and reservations, supporting special events and promotions, and presenting a positive attitude with the highest level of guest service skills. The Ambassador will respond to guest inquiries through various communication channels and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent highly preferred.
  • Must complete and maintain Title 31 training.
  • Must have prior Guest service experience, casino experience preferred.
  • Must possess a level of computer literacy and the ability to learn new programs.
  • Must be able to efficiently perform data entry using a computer keyboard.
  • Must possess excellent communications skills.
  • Must be able to keep up with a fast-paced, 24-hour atmosphere and work under pressure.
  • Must be able to travel with overnight stays required.
  • Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test.
  • Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license.
  • Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
  • Must be able to communicate proficiently in English.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates Players Club duties in a proficient and professional manner.
  • Monitors slot tracking system to identify and enroll new Players Club members.
  • Ensures Player enrollment and processing is handled accurately, efficiently and professionally.
  • Meets department goals and quotas set by department Manager.
  • Maintains a constant awareness of all Casino services, promotions and events.
  • Facilitates weekly slot tournaments.
  • Responsible for onsite operations of bus program including the greeting, checking in/out of Guests and paperwork.
  • Assists Casino Hosts including comps and Hotel/RV Park reservations.
  • Assists with special events and slot/kiosk promotions.
  • Presents a positive attitude to all Casino Guests.
  • Interacts with Guests using highest level of Guest service skills.
  • Responds to Guest inquiries through varied means of both written and oral communication.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
