The Drive Thru Ambassador is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by efficiently receiving, sorting, and pricing donations while maintaining a friendly and organized donation area. This role involves assisting donors with unloading items, expressing appreciation, and supporting smooth operations in a fast-paced retail environment. The position reports to the Store Manager and embodies the Goodwill Mission to: “Empower people to achieve their most abundant life” and upholds the Company Core Values of: Relentless Pursuit of Excellence, Customer-First Mindset, Humble Confidence, Passion for Mission, and Do the Right Thing.
