About The Position

Pet Honesty is seeking an analytical and results-oriented Amazon SEO & Optimization Manager to drive organic growth, search visibility, and conversion performance across Amazon. The role serves as the internal expert on Search Query Performance (SQP), Brand Analytics, keyword strategy, listing optimization, and testing.

The ideal candidate combines deep Amazon SEO expertise with an understanding of how content, customer behavior, and paid media work together to improve organic rankings and conversion. The position partners closely with the Amazon Lead and broader growth team, but does not own paid media strategy, inventory planning, forecasting, or overall channel management.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Amazon marketplace experience.
• Advanced experience with Amazon Search Query Performance (SQP) and Brand Analytics.
• Proven success improving organic rankings, traffic, conversion rates, and revenue through listing optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and experience translating data into growth opportunities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Amazon PPC, retail media, or omnichannel ecommerce environments.
• Experience in CPG, supplements, health and wellness, or pet products.

Responsibilities

• Own Amazon SEO strategy, keyword research, and organic ranking improvement.
• Use Search Query Performance (SQP) and Brand Analytics to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
• Optimize product listings, including titles, bullets, A+ content, images, video, and storefront content.
• Analyze shopper behavior and conversion funnels to identify opportunities to increase traffic and sales.
• Develop and execute testing programs for content, imagery, merchandising, and conversion rate improvement.
• Partner with Paid Media, Creative, Brand, and Ecommerce teams to align optimization recommendations with broader growth initiatives.
• Build reporting and insights that translate marketplace data into actionable recommendations.
