About The Position

We are looking for a data-driven Amazon PPC & Growth Manager to own and scale advertising performance across a large, multi-brand catalog. This role goes beyond campaign management — you will have a direct impact on revenue growth, TACoS, and overall marketplace performance. You’ll manage meaningful ad spend, identify growth opportunities, and scale what works. You will work closely with SKU Managers and leadership to drive performance and support new product launches.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience
  • Proven experience managing $50K+ / month in ad spend (or similar scale)
  • Strong track record of improving TACoS / scaling revenue through PPC
  • Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into clear actions
  • Ownership mindset — someone who takes responsibility for results, not just execution
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of Amazon advertising across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
  • Scaling and optimizing campaigns across a large catalog with significant monthly ad spend
  • Driving improvements in TACoS, ACOS, and overall profitability
  • Budget allocation and scaling decisions based on performance data
  • Keyword strategy, targeting expansion, and ongoing optimization
  • Supporting and accelerating new product launches
  • Identifying growth opportunities across SKUs and categories
  • Partnering with SKU Managers to align advertising with inventory and sales strategy
