About The Position

We are hiring a senior-level Amazon Marketplace Manager to build, scale, and dominate Amazon as a primary revenue engine. This is not a maintenance role. This is not incremental optimization. This is a ground-up hypergrowth mandate. We are looking for someone who is best-in-class at creating explosive Amazon growth — someone who has built or helped build massive, category-leading Amazon businesses and understands how to generate outsized spillover effects across rankings, traffic, and revenue. The ideal candidate knows how to move fast, think big, and execute with precision — prioritizing aggressive, high-velocity growth while maintaining profitability and brand integrity. This role owns the Amazon channel end-to-end.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a high-velocity Amazon growth strategy from the ground up
  • Identify and capture category dominance opportunities
  • Drive keyword ownership, organic rank acceleration, and traffic expansion
  • Architect aggressive revenue scaling plans with clear milestones
  • Develop forecasting, inventory strategy, and promotional systems to support rapid growth
  • Create compounding growth loops that drive sustained marketplace expansion
  • Lead best-in-class listing optimization (copy, A+ content, imagery, video)
  • Partner with design to create high-converting, performance-driven creative
  • Relentlessly test and iterate to maximize conversion rate and session growth
  • Build a premium, conversion-optimized storefront experience
  • Own and scale Amazon PPC with a focus on aggressive but efficient growth
  • Optimize TACOS, ACOS, and contribution margin without slowing momentum
  • Align paid media with organic ranking strategy to amplify total growth impact
  • Deploy capital strategically to maximize market share capture
  • Work closely with supply chain to eliminate stockouts during rapid scaling
  • Align pricing, promotions, and positioning with broader growth strategy
  • Build clear reporting systems and enforce channel accountability
