Amazon Marketing Manager

WSLicensing, Inc.•Pico Rivera, CA

About The Position

Wslicensing is a character-based consumer products company specializing in the development, licensing, and distribution of original character brands, including Anirollz and Hakongee. We develop and distribute character-based products through wholesale, e-commerce, and licensing channels. We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Manager to grow our wholesale business, develop new accounts, and maintain strong relationships with our existing customers. This person owns Amazon marketing for our brands. The work is advertising, content, and sales growth, not day-to-day listing maintenance. They set the plan, run the ad budget, and work with merchandising and e-commerce so launches, inventory, and the storefront stay in sync.

Requirements

  • Hands-on ownership of an Amazon Seller Central account and its advertising, not just campaign support.
  • A track record growing a consumer brand on Amazon, ideally toys, gifts, plush, or licensed character products, across a large SKU set.
  • Comfort reading advertising and retail numbers and changing spend when they move.
  • Clear written English.
  • Experience with FBA, A+ Content, and Brand Store.

Nice To Haves

  • Shopify and Google Ads, enough to partner with the team that runs them.
  • Experience selling both direct-to-consumer and wholesale, and knowing where those channels conflict.
  • Korean is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own Amazon advertising across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. Set budgets, bids, and targets, and report on ACOS, TACOS, and contribution after ads.
  • Build and refresh the Amazon Brand Store and A+ Content so each character line has a clear story and a reason to buy.
  • Plan listing strategy for new and existing SKUs: titles, images, keywords, and launch timing. Hand day-to-day listing updates to the e-commerce team and check the result.
  • Run product launches and seasonal pushes (gifting, back to school, holidays) with merchandising, so ads do not outrun inventory.
  • Watch account health, Brand Registry, suppressed listings, and reviews, and fix issues that hurt conversion or buy box.
  • Track a weekly scorecard for leadership: sales, ad spend, ACOS, TACOS, conversion, and inventory risk on the top SKUs.
  • Coordinate with wholesale so Amazon pricing and promotions do not undercut key retail accounts.
