About The Position

The Amazon FBA Operations & Project Manager will own day-to-day Amazon FBA operations, manage projects from planning through execution, monitor performance, and improve workflows and systems for a growing e-commerce business. The role calls for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, follows through on details, and is willing to learn the business and take on increasing responsibility. This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates worldwide. Junior-to-mid or mid-level experience is ideal, and more experienced candidates are welcome. Requirements

Strong Amazon experience and practical understanding of Amazon FBA operations.
Proven ability to manage projects, juggle priorities, and follow through.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day Amazon FBA operations and keep them running smoothly.
Manage projects from planning to execution, keeping priorities, deadlines, and deliverables on track.
Monitor operational performance, identify issues early, and develop practical solutions.
Improve workflows, systems, and processes to increase business efficiency.
Coordinate tasks and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
