About The Position

A premium longevity and healthy aging supplement brand is scaling its multi-marketplace Amazon presence across the US, Canada, and Europe, with active expansion into Mexico and Asia. They are hiring an Operations Coordinator to grow into a long-term strategic operations role and eventually become a key right hand to leadership in managing and scaling the organization. The company is founder-operated with a lean team of around 30 people, near-zero turnover, and a long-tenure culture where team members have stayed with the founder for a decade or more. Operations run with the precision of a much larger company while preserving the autonomy and ownership of a startup environment. The role begins with hands-on ownership of Amazon FBA replenishment and inventory planning across fulfillment centers — managing restock recommendations, inbound shipments, warehouse coordination, and operational risk monitoring (stranded inventory, stockouts, excess inventory). As you build operational fluency, scope expands into executive operations support, cross-department coordination, KPI oversight, process optimization, supply chain forecasting, and eventual leadership responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience, including FBA shipment plan creation, replenishment workflows, and inventory management (verifiable in past job responsibilities, not skills lists)
  • Direct experience monitoring restock recommendations, stranded inventory, stockouts, and excess inventory across Amazon fulfillment centers
  • Documented experience coordinating directly with warehouse partners, 3PLs, freight forwarders, or manufacturers as a regular job function
  • Production-level proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking, forecasting inputs, and KPI/operational reporting
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to SOP documentation, process improvement, or operational structure within a previous role
  • At least one role with 18+ months of tenure demonstrating sustained ownership of operational workflows
  • English proficiency at C1+ CEFR level, written and spoken, sufficient for direct correspondence with warehouse and manufacturer contacts in North America and Europe
  • Confirmed availability to work overlapping EST business hours, with flexibility into PST when required

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience with FBA shipment execution across two or more international Amazon marketplaces (US + Canada + EU)

  • Prior use of NetSuite or another ERP system for receiving entries and transfer orders
  • Background in supplements, nutraceuticals, health & wellness, or other regulated CPG categories
  • Prior exposure to executive operations support, cross-department coordination, or supply chain forecasting
