Our team is dedicated to ensuring clients and partners receive exceptional service. We are looking for an Amazon Connect / AWS Developer to design, build, and optimize cloud-based contact center solutions. This role focuses on developing Amazon Connect environments, integrating AWS services, and ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability across implementations.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in AWS architecture or cloud engineering
  • Hands-on expertise with Amazon Connect and related AWS services, including: Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Lex, Polly, IAM, Kinesis, CloudWatch, CloudFront, Redshift, Pinpoint, Step Functions, Secrets Manager, Cognito, Comprehend, Transcribe, Elasticsearch, and Direct Connect
  • Proficiency in Java and Node.js
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation or Terraform)
  • Solid understanding of AWS security best practices
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and performance optimization tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with additional AWS services
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum environments
  • AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Design and build Amazon Connect solutions, including contact flows, IVR systems, and routing strategies
  • Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services such as Lambda and DynamoDB
  • Support scalable and efficient solution architecture
  • Develop AWS-based solutions using Java and Node.js
  • Build and deploy infrastructure using CloudFormation or Terraform
  • Apply AWS security best practices across all implementations
  • Monitor system performance using AWS tools such as CloudWatch
  • Optimize reliability, scalability, and system performance
  • Ensure high availability of contact center environments
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation
  • Provide troubleshooting and ongoing support for existing solutions
  • Work with cross-functional teams including IT, security, and operations
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates
