Requirements

  • Hospitality-oriented.
  • Able to handle difficult situations effectively.
  • Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.
  • Able and willing to perform basic cleaning tasks.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.
  • Must possess good communication skills in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guest service needs, and thank them with genuine appreciation.
  • Clean and organize guest rooms according to standards using the correct chemicals.
  • Participate in daily staff meetings, collect room reports and keys for assigned areas.
  • Follow all protocols for entering a room.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of all equipment used.
  • Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs.
  • Have knowledge of room service steps, including amenity preparation and other related tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards.
  • Be informed about daily hotel operations, review daily event sheets, bulletin boards, and be aware of all changes, new procedures, and events.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the Housekeeping Director.
  • Complete safety training and certifications.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to achieve common goals.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
