Requirements
- Hospitality oriented
- Valid Driver License.
- Must be able to run down and up a hill continuously and stand on post for a continuous amount of time
- Must be able to lift to 60 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis, push and pull carts/equipment weighing up to 250 lbs, able to bend, stop, squat, and stretch.
- Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
Responsibilities
- Take numbered tags from customers, locate vehicles, and deliver vehicles, or provide customers with instructions for locating vehicles.
- Knowledgeable about daily hotel operations, check daily event sheets, bulletin boards and be up to date with all changes, new procedures, and events.
- Issue ticket or place numbered tags on windshields, log tags or attach tags to customers' keys, and give customers matching tags for locating parked vehicles.
- Perform cash handling tasks.
- Park and retrieve automobiles for customers in the parking lot.
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the supervisor.
- Complete safety training and certifications.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
