Requirements

A minimum of one (1) year of room cleaning experience, preferably in a timeshare resort, hotel, or large-scale hospitality property, is required.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English or Spanish. Bilingual is welcomed but not required.
Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
Must be able to work from 8:00 AM until assigned units are completed, approximately until 4:30 PM or until assigned work is finished. Occasionally, additional hours may be available on Fridays based on business needs.
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and work in outdoor weather conditions.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Westgate Resorts is a drug-free and tobacco-free workplace. Except where prohibited by law, applicants who smoke or use tobacco products will not be considered for positions at Westgate.
Must successfully pass a background check, drug test, and verify eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Clean and prepare assigned villas according to Westgate’s quality and cleanliness standards.
Complete cleaning of assigned units while meeting daily productivity and performance expectations.
Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, patios, and other guest areas.
Remove linens and trash, restock necessary items, and prepare villas for guest arrival.
Safely use cleaning equipment and products in accordance with company procedures.
Report lost and found items, as well as any maintenance issues, following established procedures.
Work collaboratively with other team members to support daily Housekeeping operations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
